It is our policy to offer our export customers excellent pricing and professional communications to assure your order is delivered quickly and accurately. Our international shipping department can ship via air cargo or ocean freight to any international airport or ocean port near you. It also can be shipped to the US freight forwarder of your choice. The cost of the freight varies from product to product and is based on the size and weight of your order. For example, our 13' bounce & splash sent via air freight shipment costs an additional $125.00 when shipped by air cargo to most airports around the world. We currently have all products in stock and can ship immediately. If you are interested in ordering or wish to receive a firm price quotation that includes the air freight costs, please click here to fill out the form. We will reply with a freight quotation within a day of your inquiry and give you the exact amount the product will cost delivered to the destination airport of your choice. All prices exclude import clearance costs that you will pay at the destination. You will need to pick up your shipment at the air cargo destination and pay the clearance fees required in your country. Be sure to include a description of what you wish to buy including the importing parties name and the destination airport. Watertrampolinesoutlet.com will then reply with a freight quotation and proforma invoice that will have the total cost of product, the shipping costs and our banking information. We will ship your order once we have received your international wire transfer payment. We do not take credit cards for international shipments. If you are residing in the United States and wish to ship out of the country, you can pay with a USA issued credit card. Airfreight shipments generally take about 2 to 3 days to arrive once payment is received by our bank and the shipment is scheduled.
